Oversaw the design and development process, managing the entire lifecycle from initial design concepts to the execution of final products for the Young Women's Contemporary in-house and private label. Successfully contributed to popular department stores and online retailers, including Nordstrom BP Division, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Century 21, Van Maur, Liverpool Mexico, Revolve and Nastygal both in stores and online.Worked closely with design team in conjunction with overseas vendors to craft seasonal collections of woven tops, dresses, and bottoms for both the mainline and advanced Contemporary segments. Played a key role in design development, fabric and print sourcing, managing the entire process from sampling to the delivery of the final product on a monthly basis.Established effective communication channels with overseas factories, fabric vendors, in house sales teams, buyers and various production facilities to ensure seamless collaboration and successful product outcomes.SPRING 2017 EXCLUSIVE for NASTY GAL
